Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must hold a graduation degree from a recognized university. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Bengali is mandatory, though this requirement is waived for those whose mother tongue is Nepali. All necessary qualifications must be met by the application deadline.

Regarding age, candidates must be between 20 and 39 years old as of January 1, 2024. This means the candidate’s date of birth must fall between January 2, 1985, and January 1, 2004. Age relaxation is provided as per government norms: 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates, and up to 45 years for PwBD candidates.

Application Process and Fees

Applications must be submitted exclusively through the online portal. The application fee is Rs. 160 plus applicable service charges. However, SC/ST candidates from West Bengal and PwBD candidates (with a disability of 40% or more) are exempt from the fee. Important dates to note:

Examination Pattern

The recruitment consists of three stages:
