Explanation
Wular Lake is located in the Bandipora district of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. It is one of the largest freshwater lakes in India as well as in Asia. The lake basin was formed as a result of tectonic activity and is fed by the Jhelum River. Since 2019, Jammu & Kashmir is a Union Territory, though at the time of the question (2018), it was a state.
